Our Story
Who We Are
HPDash, LLC was founded in Medford, Oregon in 2025 by Craig Paterson — a late-model GM calibration specialist and software/hardware developer who spent years living the hardest problem in this industry firsthand: the car is never where the expertise is. Remote tuning meant shipped laptops, patched-together screen shares, and datalogs crawling back and forth over email — days of revisions for what should take an afternoon. Diagnostic support meant talking a customer through software they'd never seen. Fleet work meant windshield time instead of calibration time.
The tools were never the problem — the connection was. The industry's tuning and diagnostic software is excellent; what never existed was a dependable way to put a calibrator in the driver's seat from anywhere. So that's what we built — not another tuning tool, but the connection that puts them to work.
HPDash is a connected workstation that installs in the vehicle and stays there: reachable anywhere there's a cell signal, running the software tuners and technicians already use, on any make with a compatible tuning platform. One unit covers a street car in a driveway. A fleet of them runs a race program from the trailer, or a shop from the front office.
Every unit is designed, engineered, and built in Medford, Oregon. This is the connected layer the industry should have had years ago — and we're just getting started.
