HPDash Deep Stage — Privacy Policy

Effective September 1, 2026

HPDash Deep Stage (“the game”) is made by HPDash. This policy says what the game collects, why, and how to get rid of it.

What the game stores on your phone

Your career, settings, purse and trophies live on your phone only. They are never uploaded. Deleting the app deletes them.

What the game sends to our server

The online modes (heads-up racing, the Daily Tree, friends, crews, callouts and the boards) use a small HPDash server. To run them, the game sends:

  • A random install id. Created on your phone the first time you go online. It is not your device’s advertising id or serial number and cannot be tied to you by us.
  • The racer name you choose, your crew’s name, and who you have added as a friend or called out.
  • Your reaction times from online passes, and the results of the rounds you run.
  • Basic device details (platform, model, screen refresh rate, app version) used only to check that timing is fair.

Names and reaction times are shown to other racers on the boards, in your crew and in the races you take part in. Nothing else is.

We do not collect your email, phone number, contacts, location or photos. There is no chat.

Ads

The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect an advertising id, approximate location derived from your network, and information about the ads you see and tap, under Google’s privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy. You can reset or limit your advertising id in your phone’s settings. Buying the remove-ads option turns ads off; that purchase is handled by Google Play or the App Store, and we never see your payment details.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Deleting your online data

In the game, open ONLINE, then your racer card, and choose DELETE ONLINE ACCOUNT. That removes your name, friends, crew membership, results and ratings from our server. You can also email us and we will delete it within 30 days.

Reporting a name

Names are typed by players. If a name is offensive, use REPORT on that racer in the game, or email us. Reported names are reviewed and removed, and repeat offenders are blocked from online play.

Security and retention

Data travels over HTTPS. Online data is kept while the account is active and deleted on request.
